                                         ORDER ON ADMISSION

Advocate for appellant submits that series of executions filed against them by virtue of the Order passed in series of complaints and also furnished certified copy of the Order passed by the District Commission and submits that they are ready to pay the outstanding amount in installments.   Inspite of that the District Commission had issued arrest warrant, hence, prayed to set aside the order and direction may be given to pay the amount of Rs.30,000/- every month in installment basis.

On going through the order sheets, we noticed that the JDR has paid the award amount through DD to the DHR in the Execution Applications.  Considering the regular payments, we direct the appellant/JDR to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- to the DHR every  month within 8 months from this day and close the executions.  As such the arrest warrant issued is hereby recalled and also direct the appellant to pay the first installment of Rs.30,000/- on the date when the execution was called i.e. on 04.02.2022 in all executions the arrest warrant issued against the JDR is hereby set aside.  Accordingly, the Appeal Nos. 166/2022 to 196/2022 are disposed of.
