ORDER

Present:         Sh. Yogender Kumar, Advocate for the complainant.

Sh. Rajbir Singh, Advocate for OP no.1 to 4.

 

         Case file taken up today on the application moved by counsel for the complainant. Counsel for the Complainant has made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and as such has stated to withdraw the same and has sought permission  to file the case in proper Court of law  on same of action and permission u/s 14(2) of Limitation Act. Statement has been recorded separately.

         In view of the above statement present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. Original documents if any placed on record by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be placed on record. However, the complainant may seek exemption/condonation of delay under Section 14(2) of the Limitation Act for the period which the proceedings remained pending before this Consumer Commission. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
