ORDER

The impugned order which is under challenge was passed in the execution proceedings. In view of section 27 A of the CP Act, 1986, only appeal lies against the impugned order. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. Liberty prayed for is granted. Period of limitation shall not come in the way for seeking appropriate relief. Accordingly, the revision petition stand disposed of.
