ORDER

Arguments partly heard.  At this stage learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that the entire decretal amount has been paid to the petitioner.  He further states that the tyres will be replaced.  Liberty should be granted to respondent No.3 to recover that money from the petitioner only for tyres.  Liberty granted as prayed.

          The revision petition is accordingly disposed as having become infructuous.
