                    File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Sandeep Suri,learned counsel for the appellants has suffered a statement that on the instruction of the appellants, he does not want to pursue further with the present appeal as the order of learned District Commission is being complied with. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. He further prayed that statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- has been refunded to the appellant which was deposited at the time of filing of the present appeal.His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Sandeep Suri, learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five thousand only) deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt, identification and as per rules.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
