As per order dated 03/12/2019 of NCLT, Mumbai this Commission has been prohibited from continuing of this pending proceeding. 

Point no.7 (7.4) of this order hereby reproduced as under:-

“Upon admission it is hereby pronounced that Moratorium as defined u/sec.14 of the Insolvency Code shall commence w.e.f. the date of the application i.e. 29/11/2019 as prescribed under Rule 5 (b)(i) of FSP Rules 2019. On commencement of Moratorium the institution of any suit or continuation of proceeding or execution of any degree against the financial service provider (DHFL) shall be prohibited. Likewise, transferring, alienating, or disposing of any assets of the FSP is hereby forbidden.”

In this circumstances, we cannot proceed further for the claim of the complainant against DHLF. Hence, the matter stands dismissed.
