Present :-  Complainant in person.

            Mr. Hemchander AR for OP.

Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled between the parties wherein OP has provided new handset amounting to Rs. 14,000/-. Complainant also agreed & return the defective handset. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
