1)      The appellant Reliance General Insurance Co.Ltd. has filed the delay condonation application while filing this appeal against the order passed by learned District Consumer Commission, Gadchiroli in Consumer Case No.CC/22/2018 for condoning the delay of 120 days. Notice of this delay condonation application was served to the respondent who filed the reply to the said application opposing the condonation of delay. Today none appeared for respondent. Heard the learned advocate for appellant on the point of condonation of delay. As per the submission of the learned advocate for appellant the reason for delay is that the appellant had to seek legal opinion and also seek permission from head office at Mumbai and this delay because of mainly getting permission in filing the appeal from head office.

2)      On perusal of record the appellant received the certified copy on 01/03/2019 and filed this appeal on 30/11/2019, as per record. Hence, the actual delay appears to be more than 210 days. Learned advocate has not explained the reasons for delay on day to day basis, hence the application for condoning the delay on the basis administrative ground is hereby rejected with no order as to cost, consequently the appeal does not survive for consideration hence disposed off.
