Complainant absent. Counsel for the complainant submits that the complaint is not responding and turning up. Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing oral evidence. The documents produced along with complainants are 3 unattested photocopies of receipt showing that the complainant has made contribution of various amounts to the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) firm and thereby the complainant has become a partner of the said firm. Hence he is not a customer and the receipts cannot be treated as Fixed Deposit receipts as alleged in the complaint. We find no merit in the complaint and the same is only to be dismissed.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
No costs.
