This review application has been filed by the applicant / petitioner to review our order dated 20.10.09. We go on to dispose off this application as per regulation 15 of the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005, by circulation. We have very carefully gone through the review application and find that no new fact has been brought on record to review the impugned order under section 22 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Impugned order is based on the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and nothing contrary has been shown to us to take any view different than the one already taken in the impugned order, in view of which we see no merit in this review application.
