Petitioner in person and counsel for respondent is present. It seems that when the matter came up in appeal before the State Commission against finding of District Forum, State Commission having accepted appeal directed stay of operation of impugned order and also execution proceedings. Petitioner has a grievance that the matter is being prolonged and the stay granted by State Commission is without any conclusive findings of final hearing. We accordingly direct that the State Commission shall dispose off appeal on merit preferably within four months. This revision petition is accordingly dismissed.
