Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. case which has been filed by the applicant (O.p. nos.1 & 2 of C.C. case No.267/2023) for sending the original Agreement for Sale to the handwriting expert for verification of the signature and for passing opinion.

This matter has been contested by O.p./complainant by filing W/O. Alongwith the W/O one document issued by Police Authority has been filed. From the said document issued by the Police Authority it appears that original Agreement for Sale has been lying under the custody of Howrah Police Station. Without the original Agreement for Sale the prayer for the complainant/applicant for sending the said document to the handwringing expert cannot be allowed.

Thus, the prayer of the applicant for sending the original Agreement for Sale to the handwriting expert is rejected on contest.

In the light of the observation made above this M.A. case is disposed of. No order is passed as to cost.
