ORDER

Vide order dated 20.02.2013 the application of the petitioner for condonation of delay in filing of the revision petition was allowed subject to cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the Consumer Welfare Fund of the Ministry and was directed to list the matter for admission hearing after the deposit of receipt of payment of cost by the petitioner. As per the report of the Registry, the petitioner has failed to comply with the said order. Otherwise also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. The revision petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
