Present Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 11.12.2018, passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal (for short “the State Commission”) in an Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 27A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 arising out of an order passed by the District Forum, Burdwan in Execution Proceedings.

        In view of the order dated 6.5.2019 passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.4631/2019 – Karnataka Housing Board vs. K.A. Nagamani, the Revision Petition is not maintainable.  We, accordingly, dismiss the Revision Petition as not maintainable, leaving the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
