Final Order / Judgement

Pursuant to award passed by this Forum directing to pay Rs. 27300/- including interest, the O.P./Judgement debtor has submitted demand draft in favour of the petitioner Amitava Bhattacharjee. He has received the same to the full and final satisfaction of the award passed by this forum. 

Warrant of arrest issue against the Judgement debtor Sri Debobrato Gupto stands recalled. The case is thus disposed of with full and final satisfaction.

Let a copy of this order be send to the O.C P.S-Mal, District- Jalpaiguri through the Superintendent of Police, Jalpaiguri.
