Heard. Counsel for respondents state that there is no objection if the impugned order is set aside and appeal filed by the petitioner is restored. In view of the statement given by counsel for the respondents, appeal filed by the petitioner before State Commission shall stand restored, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid to respondent no.1 by way of demand draft, within six weeks. In case, petitioner fails to pay the said cost to respondent no.1 within the specified period, then present revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further orders. Matter is remanded back to State Commission to decide the matter afresh after hearing both the parties, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. Present revision petition stands disposed of accordingly. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 11.10.2013. Dasti.
