                                              FINAL ORDER 

 

An application has been filed by the complainant under section 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the OPs.

Ld. Advocate files one petition stating inter-alia that some mistakes or errors have taken place which cannot be cured by making amendment therefore he sought for withdrawal of the case with a permission to  file the case afresh.

The order is written is separate sheet, being order No. 2 dtd 06.04.2022 which do form the part of this order.

 Accordingly, the instant Consumer Complaint, being No. CC/36/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is given to complainant to file the case afresh, if not otherwise barred.
