ORDER

                    Sh. Munish Kapila, counsel for the applicant has appended a note on the first page of the misc. application that he withdraws this application because of technical defect with liberty to file fresh one.

                   In view of the above, this misc. application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant would be at liberty to file a fresh application before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the applicant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
