Ld. Lawyer for the complainant submits that his client is not willing to proceed with the case and the case may be dismissed accordingly. Upon submission of the parties and as the case is settled amicably in between the parties, we are persuaded to believe that the parties are not willing to proceed with the case.

That the instant complainant case being No. RBR/CC/11/2018 is dismissed for non prosecution being amicably settled in between the parties.
