ORDER

 

We agree with the view taken by the State Commission that the petitioner would not be a “Consumer” with meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as he had taken the electric connection for commercial purposes. There is no infirmity in the order passed by the State Commission.

          Dismissed.
