No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. This is a case involving allegation of theft of electricity. Therefore, in view of the direction dated 12-12-2011 of the Supreme Court in the case of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad, consideration of this revision petition is adjourned sine die with liberty to both the parties to come up before this Commission if there is any further development.
