After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the judgment of Honle Supreme Court in the matter of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmed in SLP (Civil) No.35096/2011, seeks to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to avail of his remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law. Liberty granted.
