The present case pending before us pertains to heft of Electricity In view of the order passed by Honle Supreme Court in .P.Power Corporation Ltd. and Others Vs. Anis Ahmed(Civil Appeal No.5466 of 2012 decided on 1.7.2013), the complaint filed by the Petitioner/Complainant in the present case before the District Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is not maintainable. Consequently, present revision petition is also not maintainable and the same is hereby dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy available to him before the appropriate Forum. Dasti to both parties.
