ORDER

We have heard the petitioner.

          Aggrieved by the order dated 3.1.2011 passed by Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula (in short, “the State Commission”) in first appeal No.356/2010, the original complainant has filed the present petition.  

          We see no good ground to interfere with the concurrent findings and order passed by the Fora below having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case.

          The revision petition is accordingly dismissed in limine.
