                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.50 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  From the perusal of the zimini orders it is found that in this case none of the parties are appearing since 31.07.2015.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint was filed by the complainant on 27.04.2012.  Despite various adjournments the complainant has failed to adduce any evidence in support of his case.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
