The matter was passed over.

          On the second call also there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent states that he has come all the way from Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat.

          On the last date of hearing i.e. 7.3.2014 the arguing counsel for the petitioner was not present. However, one proxy counsel appeared and sought adjournment. Since, counsel for respondent no.1 had come all the way from Ahmedabad, adjournment was granted to the petitioner subject to the  payment of Rs.5,000/- as cost.  Petitioner was directed to remit the cost directly to respondent no.1  by way of demand draft within four weeks. It is stated by learned counsel for respondent no.1, that respondent no.1 has not received the adjournment cost till date.

          As none is appearing on behalf of  the petitioner since morning nor the previous order with regard to the adjournment cost has been complied with by the petitioner till date, under these circumstances, the present revision petition stand dismissed in default as well as for non compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
