The petitioner who is appearing in person has been heard in detail.  Record has been perused. 

It appears that the appeal is filed by the petitioner is still pending before the State Commission and has not been finally adjudicated.  No issue, factual or legal has been decided by way of passing the impugned Order as yet, this way or that way. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be with regard to the general observations made in the impugned Order whereby the removal of illegal encroachments and trespasses have been deprecated. After going through the entire record and the impugned Order we do not think that the revision petition is maintainable.

Dismissed.    

The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to both the parties.
