The complaint was filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite parties are also absent and have no representation from their side. The complainant is absent continuously. The address of the opposite party 1 is not furnished by the complainant so far. Today the case was posted for the appearance of the complainant and to furnish the correct address of the opposite party 1. The commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and to furnish the correct address of the opposite party 1. The Notice issued to the complainant returned as “Left “per the proof of the delivery issued by the Postal Department. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite party 1. There is no merit to proceed further since service of notice of the opposite party 1 is necessary. Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
