Complainant is present in person and submits his case.

Upon considering his submission and on perusal of the entire materials on record we find that the cause of action took place in the year 2010 but the instant complaint ptn has been filed on 26/02/2015.

As such , the instant ptn suffers from barred by limitation.

In this connection we also find that there is no ptn in the record, praying for , condo nation of delay .

Considering the above , the instant complaint ptn is rejected being barred by limitation.
