Ld advocate for Jdr has handed over a Draft bearing no-443136 dt 05/12/2016 , amounting to Rs 67,691/- drawn on Axis Bank in favour of Dhr .

Dhr submits that he has received the decretal amount and not willing to proceed with the case further .
