ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.B.L.Sharma, Counsel for OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainants has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum today and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OPs fails to pay Rs.65,000/- to the complainants as per undertaking within a period of 45 days from today i.e. 16.11.2016, then OPs shall pay that amount of Rs.65,000/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 16.11.2016 till the payment is made.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
