             It is stated that this appeal was filed for enhancement of amount awarded by the District Forum in favour of the appellant in the impugned order dated 08.10.2013.

             After some arguments, respondent has offered to give Rs. 5,90,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his claim which she had filed before the District Forum against the respondent and which has been decided by the impugned order.

             The appellant is present in person who has agreed for the said amount and it is stated that appellant has no objection if the aforesaid amount is given to him in full and final settlement of his claim against respondent.

              A cheque of Rs. 5,50,000/- in favour of Sh. Abhishek Jain, has been handed over today in the Commission. It is stated that remaining 40,000/- shall be sent at his residence within 2 weeks from today.

     Since the matter has been settled, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties.

              File be consigned to record room.
