ORDER

          The counsel for the OPs has handed over two cheques of Rs.33654/- and Rs.50,000/- to the counsel for the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case, which has been duly received by the counsel for the complainant.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the execution application subject to realization of the cheques.  In his regard he has appended a note on the execution application.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.   In case the cheques are not realized the complainant would have liberty  to file fresh execution.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
