ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Kanwal Singh Rana,Complainant in person has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OPs fails to pay Rs.55,000/- to the complainant as per undertaking within a period of 30 days from today i.e. 15.09.2016, then OPs shall pay that amount of Rs.55,000/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 15.09.2016 till the payment is made.
