The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that settlement had been reached between the parties and in pursuance of that the necessary amount had been paid by the respondents to the petitioner and, hence, the petition may be dismissed.

          Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement between the parties.
