ORDER

No one appears for the petitioner.  Even then, we have considered the grounds set up in the revision petition in order to assail the impugned order.  The fora below have rendered a concurrent finding of fact on the disputed question that the cheque in question, on the strength of which payment was received by the son of the complainant, bears the signature of the complainant, as has been established through the evidence of the hand writing expert.  In our opinion, both the fora below were justified in taking the view that the Bank has committed no deficiency in service by making payment on the strength of the said cheque.  In our view, the

impugned order passed by the fora below does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error, calling for our interference under supervisory jurisdiction.

          Dismissed.
