Learned Counsel Sri Naveen Kumar Tiwari appeared for revisionist.

Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist.

Present revision petition has been moved for direction to the District Consumer Forum to dispose of application moved by revisionist on 04-10-2018.

Admittedly the quorum of the District Consumer Forum, Shamli is incomplete and no order has yet been passed by District Consumer Forum on the application moved by revisionist before District Consumer Forum.

In view of above present revision petition is not maintainable. As such the revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the revisionist to move transfer application in accordance with law.
