 Present: Shri Baljinder Singh authorized person for complainant.

               

                

                Shri Baljinder Singh on behalf of complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint on account of technical defect, seeking permission to file afresh in competent court/forum.

                In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
