ORDER

On perusal of record, we find that neither the revision petition, nor the application for condonation of delay are signed by the petitioner. Registry was expected to notice this defect and decline to accept the unsigned revision petition. They, however, have failed in their duty. Registrar is directed to ensure such lapse does not occur in future. We decline to entertain unsigned revision petition as such the revision petition is rejected. Petitioner may file fresh revision petition, if he so desire.
