This case record is posted to-day for orders. Learned Advocate on behalf of complainant is present and files a petition stating that, the present dispute has amicably settled between the parties outside of the Dist. C.D.R. Commission. Hence, the complainant does not want to proceed the case any further against the opposite Parties and seeking permission to withdrawn the same. It is allowed. In view of the said petition filed by the Advocate for complainant the present C.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
