Ld. lawyer of complainant is present and submits the case. Upon considering his submissions and on careful scrutiny of the entire materials on record, we find that offices of o.p. nos.1 and 2 are situated at Hariyana and New Delhi which are beyond our territorial jurisdiction. It appears from the record that no paper or whatsoever has been filed by complainant to substantiate that any bank transaction or otherwise occurred with o.p. no.3 which is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum.

Even though some transactions had been occurred with o.p. no.3 even then only the bank transaction cannot create any territorial jurisdiction whereas complainant had not made any allegation of deficiency against o.p. no.3 to the complainant.

Under such circumstances, the instant case cannot be entertained for adjudication before this Forum for want of territorial jurisdiction.

Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue on the self same cause of action before the appropriate Forum.
