          File taken up on an application moved by the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the case. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the now, nothing is due against the OPs; hence, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
