ORDER

     Correct address of OP not filed by complainants.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Dr.Barun Kumar Verma, Complainant No.1 in person, has stated that he has been authorized by complainant No.2, who is his wife, to appear and make statement on her behalf. It has been further stated by him that at this stage, he does not press the present consumer complaint as he is unable to locate the fresh/correct address of OP and prayed that the present consumer complaint be dismissed as withdrawn. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainants are left at liberty to file fresh complaint on coming to know about the correct address of OP, according to law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
