      COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019

Present:        Complainant in person.

                     Sh. Diwan Sharma, Advocate, counsel for the OP.

 

 

          Power of attorney filed on behalf of the OP. Today, complainant has made a separate statement that matter has been settled between the parties and the OP has paid Rs.23,000/- him  today in cash and accordingly, he does not want to proceed with the case further; hence, the complainant withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

          Heard.  In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
