The case was dismissed in default on 18.10.2012. However, the complainant has sent a letter that she can not appear and sought personal exemption. Consequently, the complaint is restored to its original number. Case is fixed for arguments on admission on 07.05.2013. Copy of this order be sent to the complainant to appear in person or send an authorized representative or inform the Commission whether she can appear or the case be decided in her absence.
