That the consumer complainant No-16/2007 is allowed on contest with cost of Rs.300/- assesed by the Ld. Forum.

That Ops. Are hereby directed to pay the maturity amount with interest @ 5% till date of order to the complainant within two months from the date of order as well as the balance amount with interest as per Bank rules and regulations .

The OP are also hereby directed to pay cost of Rs.300/- within the prescribed period of time to the complainant.

The case could be disposed of within the specefied period of time .

Let a copy of this order be supplyed to the parties free of cost.
