Parties have moved a joint application stating that they have settled the subject matter of the present complaint.  The terms on which the settlement has been made are disclosed in Clause 2 of the application. The complaint is disposed of in terms of the application, which is marked as C-1 for the purpose of identification with no order as to costs.  Pursuant to the above settlement, learned counsel for the opposite party has handed over a Bank Draft No. 135708 dated 12.7.2011 for Rs. Ten lac to the counsel for the complainant.

On request of the counsel for the parties, we direct the Registrar to return all original documents filed by the complainant before this Commission in this case.
