                   Mukesh Versus Cholamandlam

 

Present:     Shri Radhey Shyam, counsel for the DH.

                   Shri Naveen Khetarpal, counsel for the JD.

              

                    Today the execution application is fixed for appearance of concerned Manager of JD through bailable warrants. Bailable warrants could not be issued due to non filing of correct address.

                   Learned counsel for the DH submitted that the appeal against the order dated 19.09.2017, passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Commission, Haryana, Panchkula, is pending before the Hon’ble National Consumer Commission, New Delhi. He further submitted that DH is not having the fresh address of the JD and prayed for adjourned sine die the present execution application till the decision of the appeal pending before Hon’ble National Consumer Commission, New Delhi.  

         In view of the above, the present execution application is adjourned sine die and file be consigned in the record room with the observation that as and when any order will be received from the Hon’ble National Consumer Commission, New Delhi, it will be restored and will be proceeded further in accordance with law.
