Application under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (now amended under Section 72 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

                  Today the execution application is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected. Memo of appearance filed.

                  DH has suffered her separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise she has received cheque bearing no.986475 dated 04.04.2024 amount to Rs.14,500/- from the JD i.e. Cholamandlam Ms General Insuance Company and nothing is due against the JD, so she withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.      

      In view of the above statement the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
