ORDER

1.   This appeal has been filed under section 19 of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 11.12.2018 of the State Commission in complaint no. 61 of 2013.

2.   Learned counsel for the appellant firm submits on instructions that the appellant firm does not wish to pursue its appeal any more and wishes to withdraw the same. The proprietor of the appellant firm present in person confirms.

3.   In the wake of the above submissions the instant first appeal no. 70 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.   The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
